How to maintain healthy brain function? This question continues to attract considerable interest, especially with the media's attention on the increasing concerns relating to dementia.
Come and spend an hour and half in the company of two well renowned experts, listening to their thoughts on how we can help to support our brain health through the nutrients and foods we eat. Dr Marilyn Glenville will be presenting 'Your 7 Step Brain and Memory Protection Plan' from her recent international best selling book on 'Natural Solution for Dementia and Alzheimer's'. Those who recently attended the Health and Wellbeing Live event at Mabledon, will be aware of how fortunate we are to have such a great expert come and present.
Dr Glenville will be joined by Old Age Psychiatrist, Dr Nicholas Clarke, who's talk is title 'Why did I come upstairs - Do memory concerns always mean Alzheimer's Disease?' As well as addressing this question, Dr Clarke will offer his expert thoughts on what lifestyle issues that people can address to keep their brain's exercised and fit. There will be ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
In addition to the hearing from two local leading experts, come an enjoy some light culinary delights prepared by Tonbridge superfood chef, Ben Sulston, from Sulston's Kitchen.

About our speakers:
Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD is the UK’s leading nutritionist, specialising in women’s health. She is an inspiring public speaker – easy to listen to and very practical in her approach. Dr Glenville is the former President of the Food and Health Forum at The Royal Society of Medicine. Dr Marilyn Glenville is the award winning author of fourteen internationally bestselling books including, ‘Natural Solutions for Dementia and Alzheimer’s’ available from Amazon. She runs a number of clinics in Harley Street London, Tunbridge Wells and Ireland
Dr Nicholas Clarke has been a Consultant Old Age Psychiatrist since 1986, within the NHS and now in independent practice. Dr Clarke practices in clinics across London and the South-East of England, also visiting patients at home and in nursing homes as well as in hospital. Dr Clarke primarily treats elderly patients and his speciality is dementia care, which is also his area of extensive research, but he also manages elderly patients with depression, grief and stroke disease.
