Welcome to 2021 NVBDC Connect registration!

Make sure you are in the right place, does the below registration match your business type? If not, please feel free to contact our event organizers, Gretchen Zito, Director of Marketing & Communications and Amy Applewhite, Executive Assistant to the CEO (contact information listed below) so we can make sure you have the correct link.

If you want to maximize your virtual event experience and limit any registration road bumps, we recommend you read ALL the instructions below:

Once you start you will have 1 hour to complete registration. Don't worry, if you run into any issues reach out to support@eventdex.com and our technical team is there to help.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Registration Fees

a) Registration & Matchmaking fees are combined into one package price for your convenience
b) It is mandatory for all registrants to select a quantity of at least 1 Registration & Matchmaking Package
c) All attendees are included in the matchmaking process. NVBDC does not guarantee 1:1 meeting requests
d) Group registrations (selecting a quantity of 2 or more) and individual registrations (selecting a quantity of 1) will only need to enter
the required matchmaking fields 1 time per registration

2) Required Matchmaking Fields: make sure you are prepared before you start registration:

a) Brief company overview
b) NAICS codes (all that apply)
c) Product and/or services keywords
d) SD/VOBs: upload capability statement no larger than 5 mb

3) Optional Fees

a) (NEW!) NVBDC Connect Club: Private meeting rooms available for all attendees to purchase. Another opportunity to build business relationships and promote, brand, and market your company/corporation. "Out-of-the-box" thinking will compel attendees to attend your own private break-out meeting or roundtable discussion. Company/Corporate branding and content is key to create innovative discussion groups your team designs to promote thought leadership. We know the value of our matchmaking sessions, NVBDC Connect Club is an added value for corporations to source additional veteran suppliers or veteran business owners to show how your company stands out in the crowd. NVBDC will include our Connect Club meeting list in our event marketing. Don't leave the promoting just to NVBDC, we will provide you with an event branded invitation to use in your own social networks and spread the word.

b) Exhibit Hall Booth: Another opportunity to get your company added exposure to brand your message, network, video chat, and provide documents. Booth registration is 1 per group or individual registration. If your company would like to request more than one booth please reach out to our event organizers.

c) Vets Night Out: November 3, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. We have the best virtual "night out on the town" planned with live entertainment and the opportunity for you to “Ask the Artist” with direct chat Q&A.

Our mission is very clear, to provide corporations with a veteran business certification program that meets supplier diversity "best practice" standards and to provide our veterans with an opportunity to CONNECT!
